Not only did the City of Cupertino create this large new habitat surrounding the Apple Spaceship; it also destroyed important CGS habitat at Tantau and Stevens Creek Boulevard in the process in a rush to pave over Silicon Valley for housing workers; many of whom have since left for others states to live better lives than they ever could here...And now the CGS no longer exists at Tantau and Stevens Creek Boulevard...
The SCUSD has also for many years been desperately trying to destroy the CGS population at the Peterson field regardless of their important keystone species status...There were still Burrowing Owls at the Peterson field when the Full Circle Farm (FCF) moved in; but since then they have all but disappeared from that range due to habitat loss from the wanton destruction of CGS burrows they depend upon for survival by the new SCUSD farm...The last documented evidence of Burrowing Owls in the Birdland neighborhood is at a Raynor Park kiddie playground where the City of Sunnyvale closed the playground to protect the birds; while the City of Sunnyvale should have protected all of the owls instead...
The new farmers at the SCUSD farm are really nice people who own parcels out of town; but they are 'old school' and seem less organic compared to the FCF which had an entirely different communal feel to it as well...Community meetings should be like court proceedings where important decisions and promises made are adhered to and not altered at a later date without alerting the public who often works very hard to come to those original decisions...
(BTW: With the
addition of the completely overblown Covid-19
shutdown; this massive disruption has forcefully opened up countless land parcels for
redevelopment...Likely Newsom's scorched earth land development
policy and/or at least part of the reason Newsom waited so long to re-open
the state ~ but also thankfully a big part of the reason Newsom is being recalled...Making available numerous land parcels
commercial and industrial that will inevitably be rezoned and used for
mixed use housing...Meaning the historic Butcher Family property destroyed for development should have been protected as parkland/wildlife habitat...)
The community used to be able to go into the FCF as a gathering spot freely whenever they pleased during farm hours; that is what was agreed on at the public meetings...But since this time of noble deepening of democracy the Birdland neighborhood experienced a decade or so ago (brought to you by me...you're welcome) the SCUSD has hunkered down and been less responsive (totally unresponsive actually) to all who try to contact them via email...
(And my humor about being the self-appointed Mayor of Southwest Sunnyvale has turned into Sunnyvale now having a strong mayor after the last election in November 2020...A strong mayor that allegedly has plans for Sunken Gardens as well...Which again if used for anything else other than park land/wildlife habitat is unacceptable...OMDB will I allow that to occur...)
And now the Peterson basketball courts and the line of redwoods trees that line the tennis courts have all been removed by the SCUSD for what appears to be a new sports complex development that has taken an enormous amount of time to complete without any real needed community input (for instance) to: 1) stem the privacy lost by the nearby duplexes from the tree removal; and/or 2) acknowledge the excess noise that will likely occur from the lack of redwood trees; and/or 3) anticipate the lost shade the massive redwood tree loss has caused...And/or 4) the fact that removing redwood trees like this is supposed to be illegal -- is it not?...And this all occurred due to CA SB35 and/or SB50; which effectively worked to strip local communities of any input for local adjacent building developments...What could be seen as an unconstitutional mass-censorship lacking needed due process...

There were also chickens at the FCF too a few years back; but supposedly one neighbor complained and they were all removed even though they added a bucolic feel to the farm...For instance; I once saw a little girl sort of playing around a chicken at FCF with her mother close by one time; and all I could think of was how wonderful that was; how that was the way things are supposed to be...How chickens need to be part of our life...
Chickens and a little girl scampering around looking at chickens at a farm in the summer sun...Then the SCUSD removed all the chickens from the farm for one complainant; even though I for instance had people (in other words; the RPF) literally screaming outside my residence in the middle of the night on and off for about 7 years without anyone removing those RPF chickens from the neighborhood like they should have been...I didn't actually go into the farm that often but many people did and I'm sure they miss when they could...
And while I thought the Red Tailed Hawks (RTH) had left the Peterson field; I heard from a neighborhood source that the RTH have since returned which is good news indeed...After the SCUSD sort of sterilized the new farm after FCF left; so did the hawks for awhile (The RTH allegedly migrates to South America for a few months of the year too)...I also saw a HUGE owl fly right over me out of the nature area one night about a month ago while exercising right after dark! It was awesome to see...It makes me wonder if maybe that owl is the culprit in my suspicious cat deaths (see bottom of this page) although the cats were not consumed making me still very suspicious that human-related foul play was likely involved...

It was very painful to see the Butcher family parcel finally destroyed especially when so many properties opened up for redevelopment during Covid-19; reducing the need to take such green fields...I get a sort of empty feeling every time I drive by now realizing the loss of habitat...Nothing is sacred here in what was once known as the "Valley of Heart's Delight"; and democrats are the ones behind this wanton destruction...

With a new elected strong Mayor here in Sunnyvale; the deepened democracy Birdland residents once enjoyed in years past when things were better is now all but gone; and especially with a new building development-happy strong mayor who is very likely in the back pockets of local developers...While mighty self-appointed Mayors of Southwest Sunnyvale like me actually want to increase deepened democracy with public meetings held at local school properties etc ~ others want to build an expensive new behemoth city council chamber where no one will have any voice anyway due to CA SB35/50...Think about it; our voices never really mattered anyway on many important matters we cared about when final decisions were essentially illegally made before the meetings were even held in years past...That's been going on forever...But for a minute there Birdland voices actually mattered due to my valiant efforts putting out roughly 10,000 flyers all over the Birdland region bringing FCF...But if for some odd reason after knowing all of this you still have something to say about local matters you can always contact the Sunnyvale City Council @ Council Answer Point <council@sunnyvale.ca.gov> even though this has largely become a feudal act of futility...
Note: Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that tends toward rebellion against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent toward, or insurrection against, established authority. latest additional suspicious cat deaths (Baby Cat; Meesha Cat and Cali
Cat over a roughly 3-week span in 2020) has not been proven; and there
is also additional evidence and therefore strong reason to believe these
latest cat deaths may have been premeditated...Therefore I will pursue the irresponsible suspects perhaps involved in the various deaths and/or justice until the day I die and maybe even after that...And I will likely ask another law enforcement agency to review the surveillance footage and process the evidence since I don't trust Sunnyvale DPS who not only is grossly negligent regarding the handling of my affairs in the past; but also did NOTHING to find Missy Cat's killer even with surveillance footage...Whoever did this; if you are reading this let it be known that you are not off the hook yet until I decide that you are...
Note: As for all of the hatred being aimed at Asians as of late (largely due to the CCP's Covid-19 virus that democrats actually want you to think came from bats; carefully designed to help China take over the entire world -- with the help of the Obama administration back in 2012) and/or all of the subsequent media coverage involved: I'm still wondering why I never received equal treatment from police and/or the the local liberal media machine after so many years of non-coincidental harassment; stalking; menacing and vandalism that was allowed to occur at my residence over a multi-year period...I saw references to my situation all the time in their NSA chatter; but nobody took any action to forcefully stop it as they are required to do by law...I hope it doesn't have anything to do with my white color; because if so that makes my case still actionable on a pattern and practice racial discrimination basis...Even though many democrats who generally allow discrimination against whites like me actually think they now control the federal narrative and/or think they have gotten rid of me and/or finally shut me up and so many others with their communist online censorship...Bottom line: I'll shut up WHEN I'M DEAD AND NOT ONE MINUTE SOONER...
